Hailspark is a trade name of Larchmark LLC, a Washington limited liability company based in Vancouver, Washington ("Hailspark", "we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle information collected through hailspark.com, our phone line (360) 443-5858, and our text messages.

What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number, business type, message, and whether you agreed to receive calls and texts. When you call or text us, or when we call you back, we collect your phone number, the call or message content, and call recordings and transcripts.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, call or text you about it if you agreed, discuss our services, and keep business records. We do not sell or rent your information.

Calls and AI

Our phone line and callbacks are answered or placed by an automated AI phone assistant. Calls may be recorded and transcribed, and a summary is emailed to our team so we can follow up.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in, Hailspark may send you text messages about your request, such as follow-ups to a call and information you asked for. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also email [email protected].

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run our business, and only for that purpose: FormSubmit (form delivery), Google Workspace (email), Cloudflare (website hosting and security), Retell AI and its telephone carriers (phone calls and text messages), and Zapier (sending call summaries to our email).

Retention & your choices

We keep inquiries, call records and messages as long as needed to respond and maintain business records. You may ask us to access or delete your information, or to stop calling or texting you, by emailing [email protected].
