These terms apply to hailspark.com, the Hailspark phone line and Hailspark text messages. Hailspark is a trade name of Larchmark LLC, Vancouver, Washington. By using the site or opting in to messages, you agree to these terms.

Website

Information on this site describes our services and is provided as is. Pricing and terms for any engagement are set in a written agreement with Hailspark.

Calls

If you request a callback, Hailspark's automated AI phone assistant may call you at the number you provide. Calls may be recorded. You can ask us to stop calling at any time.

SMS / text messaging terms

• Program: Hailspark (Larchmark LLC d/b/a Hailspark) text messages about your request, such as follow-ups to a call or voicemail and information you asked for.
• Opt-in: by checking the optional, unchecked consent box on our contact form, or by agreeing verbally on a call. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Frequency: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
• Help: reply HELP, or email [email protected].
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• See our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile numbers or opt-in data with third parties for marketing.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Larchmark LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site, our phone line or our messages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
